The 2nd Annual Dream Big! Leadership Conference will provide opportunities for junior high and high school girls to meet and interact with accomplished women on a college campus while learning about the wide range of educational and career opportunities that are available to them in today’s society. Girls will hear from former high school, collegiate, Olympic and professional female athletes who went on to become presidents, doctors, lawyers, financial advisors and sports agents to teachers, non-profit leaders, business leaders, scientist and coaches.
Conference Goals:
- To enable girls to be better equipped to choose a educational and career path that will enhance their career satisfaction and economic stability, and provide professional mentors to counsel and advise them along their way to success.
- To provide junior-high and high school age girls the opportunity to interact with accomplished women leaders and learn about the positive impact sports has had on their lives and how participation has assisted them in their education, careers and life.
